Fastest way to a plumber is the phone.
This is a call-first service. For anything urgent, water you cannot stop, sewage backing up, a gas smell, call the number below and you will reach a person. For slower questions there is email.
Call, 24 hours a day
Answered day and night, including holidays. This is the fastest route for anything urgent.
For non-urgent questions, billing questions about a completed job, or feedback on service.
What to have ready when you call
- The service address, and whether it is a house, a rental or a business.
- What you can see: water, a smell, a sound, a bill that jumped.
- Whether the water is already shut off at the meter or the fixture.
- When it started, and whether anyone has worked on it recently.
Four answers is usually enough for dispatch to send someone who does that specific kind of work.
Before the truck arrives
If water is moving and you can reach the shutoff, close it. The main is usually at the meter box near the street, on the wall in a garage, or on the riser at a water heater.
If you smell gas, leave the building first and call from outside.
