Terms of Service | Texas Plumbing Force

Last updated September 22, 2026.

What Texas Plumbing Force is

Texas Plumbing Force is a referral service. We are not a licensed plumbing contractor, and we do not perform plumbing work ourselves. We connect people who contact us with independent, third-party plumbing professionals who service their area. By using this site or calling our number, you agree to these terms.

Independent contractors

Every plumber referred through this service is an independent business, solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, workmanship, pricing, scheduling and any warranty on their work. Texas Plumbing Force is not a party to the agreement between you and the plumber, and does not guarantee the work performed, the price quoted, or the time of arrival, beyond passing along the information given to us honestly.

Pricing

Any price mentioned on this site is general and illustrative. The actual price for any job is set and confirmed by the independent plumber before work begins, and you should get that in writing or by clear verbal confirmation before agreeing to proceed.

Site use

You may use this site to find information about plumbing services in Texas and to request a referral. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it to submit false or fraudulent service requests.

No warranty

This site and the referral service are provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to connect you with a plumber who covers your area promptly, but we do not guarantee availability, response time, or outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Texas Plumbing Force is not liable for damages arising from the work, conduct, pricing or scheduling of any independent plumber referred through this service, or from any interruption or error on this site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
